Field Description
- In the field of Global Business, the Department offers a comprehensive four-core business major focusing on human resources, finance, accounting, and Management Information System (MIS). Our aim is to cultivate professionals capable of excelling in global business management. Additionally, students in our department will enhance their abilities to independently identify and solve problems, offer relevant suggestions, and analyze information in today's society. These skills are all built upon a foundation of English as the lingua franca.

Students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to build essential information systems, manage existing information services, and enhance them. Additionally, they learn about information security management systems and develop the ability to operate and implement information security solutions.

Students engage with various topics including the Linux operating system, databases, web service platforms, cloud platforms, open-source software (OSS), Internet of Things (IoT), and networks. Additionally, they develop expertise in information security through studies in cryptography, malware analysis, network security, and system security.

BS in Mechatronics Engineering

Mechatronics engineers leverage principles from mechanical, electronic, and control engineering to design a wide range of machines and devices. Through our work, we develop systems and production processes that propel technological and industrial advancement.

- Mechatronics engineers specialize in analyzing motion, whether it's from small particles to machines or complex structures. We draw inspiration from natural phenomena to design, optimize, control, and analyze state-of-the-art machinery and electronics. Integration and fusion are central to our work as mechatronics engineers.

- Professional development also requires a broad understanding of the complexities of society, including legal, ethical, economic, political, and international relations factors. The influences from these areas are increasingly significant on the engineering profession over time. Subjects such as professional ethics, product liability, and engineering economics are included in the curriculum. Elective courses are available in technology, culture, communication, economics, and humanities.
Fourth-year students are required to write a graduation thesis to demonstrate their ability to conduct research on a technical problem in a specific field and effectively communicate the results. In addition, excellence in leadership and teamwork is expected of engineers, which are gained through participating in group activities, laboratory experiments, various design projects, report preparation, and oral presentations.
Students are highly encouraged to participate in student-organized professional societies and projects to further enhance their skills and knowledge.
BA in Global Korean Studies

- The Department of Global Korean Studies cultivates experts in Korean language education who can teach Korean as a second language (KSL) and Korean as a foreign language (KFL). With a global learning environment that fosters interaction among international students from diverse backgrounds, distinguished professors, and a differentiated curriculum, our goal is to nurture top-notch professionals in Korean language education.
By completing the Korean Education major, students automatically acquire the Korean Language Teaching Certificate (Level 2) certified by the government, in accordance with the National Language Basic Act Enforcement Ordinance (Presidential Decree No. 18973, 2005). This certification enables them to work as professors, teachers, and developers of Korean language textbooks and content in Korean language education institutions both domestically and internationally.
